How to mix your vial, step by step.
Your peptide ships as a dry powder inside a small glass vial. To use it, you mix in a little bacteriostatic water. It only takes a few minutes — here's the whole thing.

Follow along in order.
Clean your space and your hands
Wipe a flat table with an alcohol wipe (or soap and water). Wash your hands well. Set out your vial, bacteriostatic water, syringe, and alcohol swabs so everything is within reach.
Wipe the top of the vial
Take a fresh alcohol swab and wipe the rubber top of the vial. Let it dry for a few seconds. This keeps germs out when the needle goes in.
Draw the right amount of BAC water
Pull the syringe plunger back to the amount of water you plan to add (for example 2 mL). Push the needle into the BAC water bottle, press the air in, then slowly pull the water out.
Trickle the water down the glass
Tilt the peptide vial a little. Push the water in slowly and let it run down the inside wall — not straight onto the powder. Gentle is better; it keeps the peptide safe.
Swirl gently — don't shake
Hold the vial and swirl it slowly with your fingers. Most powders melt into the water in under a minute. If a little sticks to the top, tap the vial or roll it between your palms.
Label it and put it in the fridge
Write today's date and the strength (like 5 mg/mL) on the vial. Pop it in the fridge right away. Use a brand-new syringe every time you draw a dose.

Things to avoid

- Squirting water straight onto the powder
- Shaking the vial hard instead of gently swirling
- Using the same syringe more than once
- Leaving a mixed vial out on the counter
- Drawing more than the amount the calculator shows
- Using old or opened bacteriostatic water

How to store it
Keep unmixed (dry) vials in the freezer for long-term storage. Once mixed, keep the vial in the fridge and use it within about 28 days. Keep it out of direct light.

Move the vials to the fridge or freezer as soon as they arrive. Keep unmixed vials in the freezer for long-term storage. Never freeze a vial once it has been mixed with water.
Why BAC water?
Bacteriostatic water has a tiny amount of alcohol in it that stops bacteria from growing. Plain water is fine for one use, but BAC water is what you want for a vial you will use over many days.
The simple math
Strength ÷ water added = mg per mL. Example: 10 mg vial + 2 mL water = 5 mg per mL. Our calculator does the math and shows you exactly where to draw on the syringe.
